The boardwalk is a three-mile long stretch with a separate bike path, making it ideal for walking, rollerblading and biking. Rent a bike and ride along the beautiful beach during sunset. During the summer many outdoor activities take place on the boardwalk stage and live music is played nightly. The Virginia Aquarium

The Virginia Aquarium holds 800,000 gallons of water and more than 300 species. Visit for the day and view some of the ocean’s most fascinating creatures, like seals, loggerhead turtles and the North American otter. Exhibits include the Mediterranean sea, an Indonesia Volcanic island and the Red Sea. Enjoy an afternoon in the adventure park enjoying the zipline and aerial adventure trees above Owls Creek.

Old Cape Henry Lighthouse
